The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the devar of informant came to rescue informant, he was assaulted by this petitioner by mean of lathi causing injury on his head.

Considering the specific allegation against this petitioner of causing injury to devar of the informant on his head, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
