No. 1417 of 2005, which is said to have been dismissed against respondent nos. 2 and 4 for non-compliance of order passed on 17.10.2011.

No. 1417 of 2005 was restored to its original file and the records indicate that the L.P.A. itself has been decided on merit and the judgment dated 7.12.2005 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8077 of 2004 has been set aside. We are of the considered view that this application is rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
