NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 03-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Punjab National Bank.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Punjab National Bank stating therein that his pension as per the 6th pay revision has already been credited in the bank account of the petitioner and calculation and revision as per 7th pay revision is also been credited in the bank account of the petitioner.

Considering that the pension has been revised as per 6th pay revision commission and pension has already been deposited in the account of the petitioner, which figures from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent Punjab

Patna High Court CWJC No.19319 of 2016(3) dt.03-01-2019 2/2 National Bank, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to represent before the respondent no.8, the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Punaichak, Patna for remaining dues, if any, and the same shall be disposed of by the respondent no.8 within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.
