The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 279 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 135 and 140 of the Electricity Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of damaging the 63KVA transformer poles, due to which, it fell down on the ground. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is a driver of the truck hitting the pole.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 01 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
