JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 07-01-2019 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 435 of 2014 registered under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
2. On perusal of the FIR, as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ petition, it would evident that the ingredients of a cognizable offence are clearly attracted.

3. In that view of the matter, neither institution of the FIR nor its investigation is held to be bad in law.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
