JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For that respondents may be directed to set aside the illegal selection of private respondent no.11 namely Pooja Kumari whereby and whereunder the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12692 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/3 respondent authorities have illegally selected the private respondent no. 11 as Anganwari Sevika under ward no.- 09 in Gram Panchayat Raj Lasgaripur, BlockKanti, District- Muzaffarpur whereas the petitioner marks is higher than the private respondent no- 11.

(ii) For that respondents may be directed to initiate the fresh Aam Sabha for the selection of Anganwari Sevika after cancellation of illegal selection of Private respondent no- 11.

(iii) For that respondents may be directed to lodge F.I.R against the culprits, who are responsible for the illegal selection for ulterior motive.

(iv) For that respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which is pending before them within time frame."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case to submit that the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur by an

Patna High Court CWJC No.12692 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 3/3 order dated 08.11.2021, has already cancelled the selection of Smt. Pooja Kumari, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
