2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 65(1), 89, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. According to allegation, co-accused Indradeo Sao is alleged to have kidnapped the minor victim girl and have established sexual intercourse with her on the pretext of marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31892 of 2025(6) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have been made accused in this case merely because they are mother and sister of the main accused Indradeo Sao. Petitioners are having clean antecedent. They are living separately with the accused Indradeo Sao and they have no way connected with the act of Indradeo Sao.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Sheikhpura in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
