2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.04.2022, passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhepura in S. Tr. No. 67 of 2022 arising out of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 972 of 2021 by which the Court below has framed the charges for the offence under Section 306 of the IPC against the O.P. No. 2 in place of under Sections 302 and 498A of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act without considering the materials available on record.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30193 of 2022(2) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 petitioner to pray for framing of charges under Sections 302 and 498A of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act by filing an application for alteration of charges in the Court below at an appropriate stage.
