2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 547 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner tortured and harassed the complainant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is brother-in-law of the complainant/opposite party
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32807 of 2024(2) dt.22-05-2024 2/2 no. 2. Petitioner is living separately from the complainant and her husband. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 547 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
