2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 98, 143(1), 140(3), 303(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the minor girl along with one Mamta Devi.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2025 and materials have surfaced including the statement of Mamta Devi that he has participated in the crime.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. Since it appears to be a case of kidnapping of a minor victim for human trafficking, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner and other co-accused within six months from today as there is a direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding the same in the case of Pinki Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported as 2025 SCC OnLine 781. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
