This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of judgment and order dated 03.05.2021 passed in CWJC No. 3266 of 2021 as in the aforesaid writ petition in prayer portion, registration number of the vehicle, in question, has inadvertently been typed as "BR-06BH-6006" in place of registration number "BR-06PC-6006" and the same mistake also crept in the judgment dated 03.05.2021.

As such, let vehicle Registration No. "BR-06PC6006" be read in place of "Registration No ."BR-06BH-6006".

Patna High Court MJC No.1410 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that petitioner may be granted further time to appear before the concerned appropriate authority, as the earlier date fixed by this Hon'ble court has already elapsed.

As such, petitioner is directed to make himself available on 17.09.2021 at 10.30 A.M. before the concerned appropriate authority.

The order and judgment dated 03.05.2021 passed in CWJC No. 3266 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

The modification petition is allowed.
