JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 The issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra. This Court has occasion to decide the similar issue in the case of Z. A. Islamia College, Siwan Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors: vide judgment dated 25.07.2019 passed in CWJC No. 331 of 2018.

In view of the principle decided in the aforesaid case, the writ petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to approve the list of expert/ subject experts in terms of Section

Patna High Court CWJC No.9558 of 2016(3) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 57A and 57B of the Bihar State Universities Act at the earliest so that the appointment process may be completed and appointment may be made in the institution in question established and administered by the religious minority. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent-University at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands allowed and disposed of.
