2. The petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10743 of 2024 vide order dated 22.02.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
