The present application has been preferred: for setting aside the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by the learned Authorised Officer, Special Court, Vigilance, Patna in Special Case No. 05 of 2025, whereby a confiscation order has been passed under Section 13 of the Bihar Special Courts Act, 2009 against the appellant in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016 instituted under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to convert M.A. into Cr. Appeal as per the observation of the office of the Patna High Court in one week failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
