2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):- i) For a direction upon the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Sasaram to pay the compensation to the petitioner as against the ancestral land of the petitioner acquired for the purpose of construction of Nahar which has admitted in his Letter No.

127 dated 01-07-2014.

ii) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioners may be deemed entitled too.

3. Learned State counsel on the other hand submits that for such grievance, the petitioner should knock the doors of the District land Acquisition Officer, Rohtas at Sasharam

Patna High Court CWJC No.15290 of 2015(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 (respondent No. 3).

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching the concerned respondent in next four weeks. If the petitioner approaches the District Land Acquisition Officer, Rohtas at Sasharam in the next four weeks', the same shall be taken up and after hearing all the parties, be disposed of at an earliest, as it is an old matter.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
