JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S.Case No. 128 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 147, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case and the injuries sustained by the informant was found to be simple and superfluous in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54984 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S.Case No. 128 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
