The petitioner seeks bail in Durgawati P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414, 420, 400, 401, 201, 216(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and co-accused Krishna Kumar Yadav have been arrested by the Police on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Golu Singh. One SIM of Airtel company was recovered from possession of co-accused Krishna Kumar Yadav. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 8.3.2019 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Durgawati P.S.
