For the Petitioners : Mr. Sunil Kumar For the Respondents : Mr. A. Ujjawal ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2018 The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioners in the present writ application:- (i) For quashing the Office order, contained in Memo No. 138 dated 25.01.2013, issued under the signature of District Education Officer, Supaul only to the extent by which the petitioners have been terminated with immediate effect from service.

(ii) To direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioners in service, forthwith, with all consequential benefit as the termination order has been passed in complete violation of the Natural Justice and without holding any enquiry.

The petitioners were appointed on the post of Assistant Teachers in Middle School, Ghogharadiya under Marama Block and Middle School, Jhakhar Garh under Chhatapur Block, in the District of Supaul, vide Annexure-3 to the present writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7527 of 2013 (9) dt.02-01-2018 2/2 The Training Certificates submitted by the petitioners in respect to their Education qualifications were verified from the respective institutions, from where the candidates had passed. In the order, under challenge (Annexure-1), it has been stated that the Training Certificates submitted by the petitioners are reported to be fake, as the petitioners were never enrolled in the institution, as indicated in the Training Certificates, which is part of Annexure-2 series.

Since the Training Certificates of the petitioners are fake, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order, under challenge i.e. Annexure-1 to the present writ application. The present writ application stands dismissed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Amit/- U
