Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018 for the offence under sections 498(A), 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner would submit that petitioner is mother-in-law. In the instant case the husband is in custody. There is allegation of demand of dowry for construction of house and on failure thereof, the victim was done to death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2018. She has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady, the

No.27649 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 husband of the victim is already in custody and the petitioner has remained in custody since 16.10.2018 and she has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018.
