Motors vs. The State of Bihar and Others, reported in [2022 (1) BLJ 383], as the petitioner intends to make an objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application

Patna High Court CWJC No.12607 of 2021(2) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 is disposed of in terms of the said order dated 12.01.2021 in case of M/S J.D. Motors (supra). The Court expects disposal of petitioner's objection under Section 9 of the Act within two months from its filing. It goes without saying that till disposal of petitioner's objection under Section 9 of the Act, no coercive steps shall be taken, if such objection is filed within two weeks from today.
