2. The present petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order/direction dated 12.09.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1287 of 2018 (Suman Devi vs. The Union of India and Ors.).

3. As per the last show cause on behalf of the Bank, vide an order dated 28.02.2025 (Annexure-S/2) issued under the signature of Assistant General Manager-SAD/SCT, Central Bank of India, Zonal Office, Patna, the application for payment

Patna High Court MJC No.1437 of 2024(7) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 of ex-gratia has been declined.

4. Though, this Court has reservation on the way that the case has been handled by the opposite party, in view of the fact that now an order has been passed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same by an appropriate petition before an appropriate Court, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
