It transpires from the record that maintenance of Rs.6,000/- has been directed to be paid as monthly maintenance. If petitioner is not paying the said maintenance amount, then process be issued for the arrear as well as for the current maintenance under Form 18-19 of Schedule II of Cr.P.C. within one month from the date of passing of this order which shall be produced by counsel for opposite party before the Court.
