2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 / 366(A) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons along with this petitioner kidnapped the daughter of informant and brought her at the house of co-accused Amit Patel.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and there is no specific allegation of kidnapping against petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that from impugned

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
