1. Though the present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 05.04.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15984 of 2022 to the extent of adding certain authorities of the railway as party-respondent to the present case, however, at the outset, it is submitted that the petitioner be also granted liberty to approach the General Manager, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur (U.P.) and Divisional Railway Manager, Varanasi Division, North Eastern Railway, Varanasi (U.P.) for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
