In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction as to implement the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, Ara, vide order dated 21.08.2012. An application was made by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015. The said application is still pending. Annexure-7 was made before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4606 of 2013 (8) dt.04-09-2017 2/2 District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, Ara, on 05.12.2012.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, is directed to take all necessary steps to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 05.12.2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
