Although the petitioner complains of non-compliance of the order passed in CWJC No. 7562 of 2015 whereunder this Court while disposing of the writ petition had given liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy available to him under the provisions of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 for initiation of any proceeding against the Mukhiya, the private respondent herein. The petitioner enclosing a representation addressed to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2619 of 2015 (3) dt.09-12-2015 Principal Secretary present at Annexure-1 complains of noncompliance. Annexure-1 is a shoddy representation which discusses no irregularities whatsoever that have been committed by the Mukhiya. In fact no positive order was passed in the writ petition on this very ground and even the contempt application suffers from the same infirmity. The representation filed by the petitioner before the Principal Secretary being non-descriptive, no cause for contempt is made out.

The contempt application is disposed of.
