For issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 19.4.2023 passed by District Transport Committee, Lakhisarai where by and where under the tender of the petitioner for Transporting cum Handling Contractor (Main) for the District of Lakhisarai has been cancelled on the very technical ground and also in the very arbitrary manner.

ii. For direction upon the respondents for the consideration of the Tender of the petitioner for grant of Transportation and handling contractor (main) for the District of Lakhisarai.

iii. For other reliefs for which petitioner is found entitle in the facts & circumstance of the case."

2. Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that the present petition do not survive for consideration in view of the later development that the official respondents proceeded with the fresh NIT on 25.04.2023 and further technical bid was opened on 02.06.2023. Further matter is under active consideration to finalize the NIT.

3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present petition do not survive for consideration.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
