The petitioners are in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 22.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 351 liters liquor was seized from two vehicles and

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019.
