Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of IPC. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she got appointment to the post of Niyojit Teacher on the basis of forged educational certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. In the Vigilance enquiry, it was found that the said intermediate mark sheet/certificate was forged and the petitioner was terminated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30888 of 2023(3) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 from the service on 14.04.2023. Against the termination, petitioner has filed a writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No.8934 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the Vigilance opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner has been terminated from the service, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No.29/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
