2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 190 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 448, 323, 308, 354A, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner caught the hair of the informant and dragged her on the ground, as a result of which, she became half naked. It is also alleged that the accused persons took Rs. 2000/- and jewellery.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Further submission is that there is no specific over act alleged against this petitioner. The present case has been lodged after a delay of 6 days without any plausible reason. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Having considered the delay in lodging the F.I.R. coupled with the fact that petitioner claims clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhepura in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 190 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
