JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2025 Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State, and learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation (in short B.S.F.C).

The present writ application has been filed for direction upon the respondent authorities, particularly B.S.F.C., Patna, to make payment of rent for seventy five godowns of the petitioner (BISCOMAUN), at the rate of Rs.6 per sq.ft. w.e.f 01.01.2012, as agreed upon, with an enhancement of 5% per annum alongwith interest @ 11% per annum on the due amount.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the previous order dated 03.04.2025, two rounds of meeting were held between the petitioner and the B.S.F.C. on 22.04.2025 and 24.04.2025, and there is an understanding for further meetings between the parties for amicably resolving the matter. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays for disposal of the present writ application in the light of the same.

4. As prayed for, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to both the parties to hold further meetings in order to amicably resolve the present dispute. (Alok Kumar Sinha, J) shikha/- U
