It appears that Civil Revision No.82 of 2017 was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order regarding removal of the defects by order dated 08.02.2019. The present application is for setting aside the dismissal and restoration of civil revision application aforesaid. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had already removed all the defects in Civil Revision No.82 of 2017 though after time allowed by the Court.
Patna High Court MJC No.1666 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 For substantial justice, the dismissal is hereby set aside and this application is allowed.
