2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 758 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with one Rakesh Kumar kidnapped the informant's daughter.
4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that when father of the alleged victim came to know the real fact, he has filed the compromise petition and it has been written that the victim had love and affection with one Arjun Singh and she has solemnized marriage.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-2nd, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 758 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
