2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Trial No. 628 of 2023 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1154 of 2017 for the offence registered under sections 406 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution story, the complainant alleged that on 24.02.2017, the petitioner came and requested to provide maxi truck for carrying goods. The same was given but he failed to return it. Accordingly, the case.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to prove his innocence, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29342 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 FIR was lodged in the year 2017, cognizance taken in the year 2018, the trial no. 628 of 2023 is already there, now the petitioner has chosen to file anticipatory bail.

5. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.
