The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bakhtiyarpur (BKP) P.S. Case No.353 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not execute the deed of agreement to sell. Natho Chaudhary will execute deed of agreement to sell but the informant threatened the petitioner to implicate him in a criminal case, that is why he issued a cheque.
From perusal of the FIR itself, it appears that the petitioner also received Rs.1 lakh from the informant to execute the sale deed which ultimately bounced.

No.168 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (BKP) P.S.
