JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 27480 of 2018 which has been modified by order dated 27.6.2018.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners could not surrender within the time specified and prayer for extension has been made.

Heard learned APP also.

In such view of the matter, petitioners are permitted to surrender within a period of two weeks from the receipt of this order and other part of the order shall remain intact. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
