The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatua P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 302, 144, 342, 324, 504, 447, 435 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is of clean antecedent is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. Moreover, the other accused persons having more or less similar allegation have been acquitted form the learned lower court which is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City in connection with Fatua P.S.
