2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 284 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 64, 3(5), 70 of the BNS and under Sections 4, 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, four persons are said to have committed rape with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. I have heard and considered the submission of the parties and have perused the materials available on record.

8. The name of one Dhananjay Kumar has come in the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS and Dhananjay Kumar has named the petitioner in his self-inculpatory statement as one of the criminals who had committed rape with the victim.

9. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
