JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction for setting aside the order as contained in Memo No.16 dated 18.12.2012 issued under joint signature of Mukhia and Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat Raj, Kamalpura, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be removed from the post of Panchayat Teacher in Upgraded Middle School, Kamalpura as also for directing the respondents to pay the full wages to the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.1846 of 2013 (2) dt.23-08-2017 application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
