This application is filed for quashing the order dated 26.11.2020 passed by the Court of Learned Additional District Judge-1st, Nawada in connection with Narhat Police Station Case No. 326 of 2018 dated 23.12.2018 registered under Section 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 436, 427, and 428 of Indian
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33357 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(g), 3(i)(r) of SC/ST Act whereby and whereunder the learned Additional District Judge1st, Nawada took cognizance against the petitioners along with other under Section 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(r) of SC/ST Act in Special Case No. 2 of 2019 arising out of Narhat Police Station case No. 326 of 2018. Learned counsel for State, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 (Ram Vinay Prasad Singh) jointly submits that the matter has been settled and they do not want to prosecute the case further. Accordingly the order dated 26.11.2020 passed by the Court of Learned Additional District Judge-1st, Nawada in connection with Narhat Police Station Case No. 326 of 2018 is hereby quashed.
