2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2025.

6. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl but from the statement of the victim girl it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner on her own and the petitioner and the victim were staying as husband and wife.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2025.
