Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and the allegation against him is of dowry death. Learned counsel further submits that the trial is in progress and the informant has not supported the case of prosecution.

However, his submission is that the trial is likely to be concluded in near future. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this application for bail with liberty to renew the prayer for bail afresh after nine months from today. Permission is accorded.
