Counsel for the petitioners confines the prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender by four weeks only and it has also submitted that the name of petitioner no.1, Nagendra Prasad Singh has wrongly been recorded as Narendra Prasad Singh, therefore, the name of petitioner No.1 and father of petitioner No.3 may also be corrected to the aforesaid extent only.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the time of surrender be extended by further two weeks calculated from the date of receipt of production of copy of this order and name of petitioner No.1 be read as Nagendra Prasad Singh.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43991 of 2018 (2) dt.25-07-2018 The order dated 06.06.2018 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
