JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing the Letter No.03 dated 19.01.2013 issued by the Mukhiya Gram Panchayat, Bhagwanpur in pursuance to the order dated 13.12.2012 passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj, whereby the petitioner has been terminated from service after six years without show cause and reasonable opportunity of hearing to defend himself.
