The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.03.2020 seeks bail in connection with Sakara P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the recovery of approximately 62 litres of liquor has been shown against the petitioner but from the accusation in the F.I.R as also the seizure list, it appears that the petitioner has unnecessarily been made accused in this

Regard being had to the period of custody, nature of accusation and taking into account his clean antecedents, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakara P.S.
