JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, 3 unknown miscreants robbed motorcycle and mobile phone of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation. Said mobile phone was purchased by the petitioner from his friend. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Petitioner is in custody since 5.4.2021.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the mobile phone and the motorcycle were
