JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rail Saharsa (Banmankhi) P.S. Case No.37 of 2018 for the offence under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that allegation against the petitioner is of pick-pocketing, but nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
