Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 181, 193, 199419, 420, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13491 of 2020 on merit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the fresh ground in the present case is that the petitioner is in custody for three years.
