In this case, the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18515 of 2008 which was disposed of, vide order dated 19th January 2015 with a direction, the petitioner would file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Co-operative, Government of Bihar, Patna, who will dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

It appears from the show cause filed by the State that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of, vide

Patna High Court MJC No.2579 of 2015 (3) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 order dated 25th March 2015, against the petitioner. The petitioner if so advised, may take an appropriate step against the order passed against him.

With the above observation, this contempt application is dismissed.
