This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nagar P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341/323/386/417/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the circumstance that the petitioner has criminal antecedent inasmuch as he is accused in criminal cases including case under various provisions of the Arms Act, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is accordingly rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on
